The apartment is situated in the village of St. Augustin (17570). This is a small quiet village on the edge of the Forest of St Augustin, on the other side of the forest is the Atlantic. We are about 5Km from the beach and the same distance from the Zoo at La Palmyre.
The accommodation is part of a large house and consists of a two bedroomed apartment and an attached self contained studio, all at ground level and to the back of the house.

Studio   Self contained (17 square meters) with its own toilet\shower room and kitchen. The main room contains a double bed\settee.
Parking There is parking for two cars at the back of the house.
Terrace To the front there is a fenced terrace with a barbecue.
Swimming Pool There is a shared swimming pool (free) about 100M behind the house.
